The laboratory facility is also available for walk-in customers apart from the hospital’s IP & OPD patients. Home collection of samples is also available with certain conditions.

Our Day-Care centre caters to patients undergoing minor surgeries and procedures like chemotherapy, administration of intravenous drugs etc. that do not require the patients to stay more than a few hours or overnight stay in the hospital. CT-Scan is a Computed Tomography Scan used by the doctors to look at the normal or abnormal body parts of the patient’s body. It involves a combination of X-rays, which produce various detailed and sliced (Cross-sectional) images of the body organs, bones, and tissues. These images created by the X-rays can be seen on the monitor and the images captured are known as tomogram. CT-Scan produces more detailed pictures as compared to an X-ray test. High Dependency Unit Is An Area In A Hospital, Usually Located Closely To The Intensive Care Unit, Where Patients Can Be Cared For More Extensively Than On A Normal Ward, But Not To The Point Of Intensive Care, It Is Appropriate For Patients Who Have Had Major Surgery And For Those With Single-Organ Failure. A colposcopy is a simple procedure used to look at the cervix, the lower part of the womb at the top of the vagina. It's often done if cervical screening finds abnormal cells in your cervix. These cells often go away on their own, but sometimes there's a risk they could eventually turn into cervical cancer if not treated. A colposcopy can confirm whether cells in your cervix are abnormal and determine whether you need treatment to remove them.
Arthroscopy is a procedure for diagnosing and treating joint problems. A surgeon inserts a narrow tube attached to a fiber-optic video camera through a small incision — about the size of a buttonhole. The view inside your joint is transmitted to a high-definition video monitor. Surgeons can even repair some types of joint damage during arthroscopy, with pencil-thin surgical instruments inserted through additional small incisions.
Minimal access surgery refers to Laparoscopic surgery. This Division of General Surgery is dedicated to performing surgical procedures using minimal access techniques whenever possible, so that patients may enjoy faster recovery and fewer post-surgical complications as MAS is carried out with the help of tiny incisions. Some of the MAS procedures performed in our hospital are Cholecystectomy, Appendicectomy and Hernia Repair.
